Privacy notice for cable inquiries
Electrical Cable Buyer uses the information you choose to submit to review and respond to a surplus wire or cable inquiry. Please do not send banking details, identity documents, confidential plans or unrelated sensitive information.

What we collect
When you submit the quote form, we collect your name, the email address or phone number you provide, inventory location, cable material and approximate quantity. You may also provide a company name, condition, specifications, notes and up to three optional images or one or more inventory PDFs (three files total). We record the page used to submit the form and submission time. Basic interaction events help measure form use without names or contact details in those event records.
How we use and store it
We use these details to assess the described lot, contact you about your inquiry and, if appropriate, discuss purchase and freight arrangements. Submitting does not guarantee an offer. Inquiry records are held in a project-managed database, and uploaded files in project-managed object storage. The project owner may receive an operational notification containing contact and lot summary details. We do not publish form submissions as website content or sell them as leads. Files have opaque links, but they are not a confidential-document vault: anyone with a direct file link may be able to access it, so do not upload sensitive documents.
Retention and your requests
We keep inquiry records and attachments as needed to review your lot, respond and maintain business records. An automatic deletion schedule is not currently in place. To request access, correction or deletion of an inquiry or its attachments, email saleselectricalbuyers@gmail.com with enough detail to identify your submission. We will review requests and may need to keep limited information if required for legitimate recordkeeping or legal obligations. You can also contact us at 614-715-3047.
